We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. This person will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and the Head of Business Operations. This role involves managing schedules, organising travel, handling administrative processes, and supporting special projects and events.Responsabilities: Manage and optimise the CEO’s agenda, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings. Organise travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, including accommodation, agendas, and documentation. Prepare expense reports and manage procurement and payment processes. Provide support on additional tasks as requested by the CEO, including assistance during internal or client events. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); fluency in French is an advantage. Proven ability to perform well and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. High proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
