We share one common goal: improving the passenger experience with our combined power for the future of Mobility.We are seeking experienced C++ Developers to join our growing software engineering team!Your Role:Conceptualize, develop, and implement high-quality software modules for our leading client-server capacity planning and timetabling system, revolutionizing the public transportation industry.Improve existing software modules, implement new tests, and collaborate on bug-fixing to ensure performance and reliability.Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements.Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of the software.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process.Your Profile:Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Professional experience in C++ development (preferably C++11 or later).Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.Knowledge of software testing and debugging methodologies and frameworks.Experience with multi-threading and concurrency to develop high-performance software.Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes effectively.Experience with Qt6 and Docker is a plus.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies to promote iterative development and collaboration.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical.The willingness to work with different programming languages is preferred.Fluent in written and spoken English.What you can expect from us: A flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance and a health insurance. 2 volunteering days a year and 4 additional bridge days per year.
