DescriptionAs Cloud support engineer At Open Source Integrators, you will work with a highly collaborative team of consulting professionals, where support on enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects for companies in America and Europe. You will be responsible for supporting clients' production environments distributed across multiple cloud platforms, primarily on scalable containerized platforms. Will manage product lifecycles, Helm packages, Docker images, and CI/CD pipeline. You will work closely with project managers, developers, technical architects and business consultants to ensure a quality experience for our clients. FeaturesDesign and developed Cloud Native applications for various clients.Carry out code implementation and management processes.Manage Docker images and Helm charts.Create test-driven development processes.Support the development and integration of technology solutions across the SDLC, including requirements, functional specifications, design, custom development, integration, testing, and implementation.Warrantyright? consistent, policy-compliant orchestration of cloud infrastructure, including core environments, application stacks, virtual servers, and containers. SkillsWorking knowledge of networking principles.Working independently to manage project plans for assigned deliverables.Build strong trusted technical advisor relationships with stakeholders and key executives.Kubernetes, CI/CD, Helm, Terraform, Docker, Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure. RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field (degree).More than five (5) years of experience.Languages: Portuguese (native), professional English (C1 minimum, with a valid diploma of less than 2 years). French or Spanish is a plus.A passion for learning new concepts and for daily challenges. SalarySalary to negotiate, depending on experience.
