Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.Primary Functions and Tasks: Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end ETM.next implementation projects Conduct gap workshops with the client team and define development gapsConceptualize functional design for development gaps and align with global product managementLead cut over and migration activitiesDefine and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate cross‑functional teams (ETM consultants, SAP, development, QA, client teams)Act as the main point of contact for the client on delivery‑related topicsEnsure alignment between business requirements and ETM solution designTrack progress and prepare regular project status and steering updatesManage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and budgetEnsure adherence to agreed project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)Support go‑live, hypercare, and transition to operationsCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of ETM delivery practicesWe are looking for: 2+ years of experience in IT / Digital / SaaS Project Management or functional roleProven experience delivering enterprise software implementationsExperience with SAP‑related projects is a strong advantageGood understanding of operational processes (asset, equipment, fleet, logistics – an advantage)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with cross‑functional and international teamsSolid planning, prioritization, and risk management skillsExperience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery modelsProject Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.) is a plusFluent English (German is a plus)Offer: Compensation package: Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and quarterly performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.
