As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.Success in this Role: Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively establish contact with prospects, build relationships, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Key indicators of success include: Achieving or exceeding lead generation and qualification targets. Contributing to the achievement of overall sales targets and company objectives. Ensuring a high conversion rate from lead generation to qualified opportunities. Maintaining a high level of prospect engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients that align with Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings. Use various channels including cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers. Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos for the sales team. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts. Client Engagement: Conduct initial meetings and presentations to showcase Uptalent.io’s services and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals. Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide support and insights to colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
