WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Drive business development in Italy: identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities and new markets Act as product expert for passive components Enable and support distributor FAEs and sales teams through joint visits, technical consulting, and local commercial support Deliver technical product trainings to distributors and FAE community, highlighting technological trends and USPs of push products Coordinate and manage design-in activities at end customers in partnership with distributors, ensure project follow-up and conversion Understand customer requirements (commercial and technical), nurture relationships, and provide solution-oriented advice Maintain and establish long-term relationships with distributors and end customers while ensuring open communication with internal stakeholders Monitor competitors and perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities Success is measured by demand creation, project generation, and POS growth in the region WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-driven role or engineering position with customer interaction
