Descrizione del ruolo Cerchiamo un sous chef appassionato e motivato per supportare il nostro Executive Chef nella gestione della cucina presso la sede di lavoro a Noto. In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in sede, sarai responsabile della supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane in cucina, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità e sicurezza. Contribuirai alla preparazione e presentazione dei piatti, alla formazione dello staff e alla gestione delle forniture alimentari. Collaborerai con la squadra per innovare e migliorare i menu, mantenendo uno stretto legame con la tradizione culinaria siciliana.

Qualifiche

  • Competenze culinarie: conoscenza avanzata delle tecniche culinarie e passione per la cucina regionale siciliana e internazionale.
  • Capacità organizzative: esperienza nella gestione di team di cucina, pianificazione di turni e supervisione del personale.
  • Gestione operativa: competenze nella gestione di forniture alimentari, controllo degli standard igienico-sanitari e ottimizzazione delle risorse.
  • Abilità interpersonali: eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, lavoro di squadra e adattabilità in un ambiente dinamico.
  • Competenze aggiuntive: certificazione HACCP, conoscenza delle tecniche di plating e attenzione al dettaglio per una presentazione impeccabile dei piatti.
