Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, working 2-3 days a week from the hub.
What You Will Do- Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A technology integrations, including systems onboarding, identity and access alignment, data migration, and platform consolidation
- Drive office buildout programs, delivering core IT infrastructure such as network, cabling, AV, and end-user technology to enable day‑one operational readiness
- Oversee complex enterprise integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between acquired entities, partners, and Scopely’s core platforms
- Manage programs across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoint services, and enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver standardized, repeatable solutions for integrations and office deployments
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and operational standards
- Apply a product mindset to enterprise IT services, focusing on lifecycle management, user experience, and continuous improvement
- Partner with technical and product teams to identify integration opportunities that enhance the scalability, resilience, and reusability of shared platforms
- Facilitate prioritization and trade‑off decisions across competing initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and alignment with enterprise goals
- Define and evolve repeatable integration and deployment playbooks for M&A and office buildouts
- Partner with product and platform teams to align IT services with broader enterprise roadmaps
- Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and automation (including Agentic AI) to improve IT service delivery, integration processes, and operational workflows
- Lead programs that incorporate AI‑enabled solutions such as intelligent automation, service copilots, and workflow optimization
- Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise security, governance, and data privacy standards
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
- Drive program governance, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting
- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership on progress, risks, and value delivery
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization across integrations and infrastructure initiatives
- Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance across network, hardware, and service providers
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management within enterprise technology environments
- Strong experience managing programs involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, systems integration, and enterprise IT services
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives at scale
- Experience working in environments where IT services are developed and managed with a product mindset
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains (e.g., cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, APIs, and integrations)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and drive delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‑level reporting
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners
- Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or high‑growth technology companies
- Background in internal platforms, enterprise SaaS, or shared service environments
- Experience with AI/ML‑driven solutions, including automation or intelligent systems (e.g., Agentic AI, copilots, workflow automation)
- Familiarity with LLM‑based applications or AI service delivery models
- Experience driving process improvements across IT, Security, or Operations functions
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Product‑related certification
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
