About the job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Position: Bilingual SWE (Chinese, Japanese, Ukrainian) Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$180/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Review and assess technical and engineering documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance. Provide structured feedback on technical documentation, enhancing clarity and precision. Collaborate with teams to improve document analysis and review processes. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and project goals. Utilize strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact evaluation projects. Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Ukrainian. Strong English comprehension. Experience with technical documentation. Understanding of software development concepts. High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
