ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager position is responsible to guarantee the completion of his/her projects in compliance with HSE and Quality requirements.
The essential functions are:
- Analyze and fully understand customer input data, project requirements and deliverables
- Set up the project organizational chart
- Ensure smooth project execution monitoring Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Ensure that all project activities comply with REEL internal processes (design, offer management, project management, etc.)
- Ensure compliance to contractual requirements
- Manage internal and external actors as required (Engineering team, suppliers, etc…)
- Anticipate and manage project deviations in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Anticipate and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow-up supply chain and manufacturing
- Manage installation and commissioning on customer site
- Manage functional testing and hand over to end user in operational conditions
- Ensure clear project reporting, both internally and externally
- Contribute to the elaboration of commercial offers
- 7 years of experience
- Experience in tooling project management. Aeronautic sector is a plus
- Results driven and proactive personality.
- Rigorous and ethical conduct.
- Understanding of customer needs and perspectives
- Knowledge and experience with CATIA is a plus.
- High level of English and Spanish. French is a plus.
- Travels in Europe are expected
