Global Private Equity Firm – Madrid A reputable, well-established global private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is to support 3 busy investment professionals with top-level assistance. You should have a background of being an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting investment professionals in a classical role. You should have worked for a global firm, ideally within financial or professional services. This firm has an incredibly inclusive global culture, where the Assistant team are hugely appreciated and respected. They organise regular team events, socials and weekends away in Europe, and enjoy one day per week working in home office. THE ROLE The key duties will include but are by no means limited to the following; Support Senior Investment Professionals in all planning, organizational, and administrative tasks Handle all correspondence and telephone communications with business partners in both Spanish and English Organize internal and external meetings and conferences across different time zones (scheduling, preparation, and follow-up) in coordination with business partners Manage complex calendars and take responsibility for scheduling (board meetings, management meetings etc.) Oversee extensive organization, preparation, and follow-up of business travel, including travel expense reporting KEY REQUIREMENTS 5-10 years’ relevant experience of being an Executive Assistant, having previously supported senior individuals Background working for a global firm, ideally financial or professional services Great communication skills - fluent English and professional level Spanish essential Team player with a proactive and a ‘can do attitude’ Emotional intelligence, active listening skills and a warm credible style BENEFITS Competitive salary plus benefits includi
