Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Spain (Remote)

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the delivery of high-impact analytics across digital and marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture, generate actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage campaign tracking and tagging frameworks to ensure accurate performance measurement across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, campaign, and web teams to validate tracking implementation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data across channels including paid media, email, social, and web.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise insight reports highlighting performance drivers and optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and future planning.
  • Track and report on key operational KPIs on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting workflows to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Support senior stakeholders with custom reporting and insight generation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuously improve data processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in data analytics, campaign analytics, or digital marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups, including non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.


Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or workflow automation.
  • Experience within life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • Exposure to working in global or matrixed organisations.
