Come membro chiave del servizio, garantirai il massimo standard di ospitalità, creando esperienze gastronomiche memorabili e contribuendo a mantenere la reputazione di Villa Eden come destinazione d’eccellenza.Principali responsabilità:Offrire un servizio impeccabile in linea con gli standard di eccellenza di Villa Eden.Guidare e supportare i membri del team Commis de Rang, assicurando una perfetta coordinazione durante il servizio.Comunicare con il personale di cucina per garantire un servizio fluido ed efficiente.Anticipare e soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti, creando esperienze personalizzate e indimenticabili.Preparare e mantenere le aree di ristorazione, assicurandone pulizia, ordine ed estetica.Presentare il menu, spiegando le pietanze e suggerendo gli abbinamenti di bevande.Gestire i feedback degli ospiti con professionalità, affrontando eventuali criticità con cortesia e tempestività.Partecipare alle riunioni di squadra, condividendo idee per migliorare la qualità del servizio.
