GDPR and Data Protection
This page summarises data-protection principles and GDPR rights for Eurojobs users. More detail is provided in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion and Data Rights page.
1. Data controller
Eurojobs.com is a legally registered trading name of One Terrene International Group. OTI Group is the data controller for Eurojobs.com unless stated otherwise for a specific processing activity.
2. Data protection principles
We aim to process personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and for defined purposes connected to operating Eurojobs, providing recruitment services, supporting users, handling billing, protecting the platform, and complying with legal obligations.
We aim to collect only data that is relevant to the services used, keep it reasonably accurate, retain it only as needed, and protect it with suitable technical and organisational measures.
3. Main data categories
Data may include account data, profile data, CV data, uploaded files, application data, employer/company data, job data, skills, job alerts, saved jobs, billing data, credit records, advertising data, sponsored content, feed/import data, AI-assisted service input/output, usage logs, cookies, support requests, and security records.
4. GDPR rights
Depending on the situation, you may have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
These rights are not absolute. For example, we may need to retain certain data for accounting, legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-investigation, dispute, or platform-integrity reasons.
5. Recruitment privacy
Jobseeker Master CV data is private unless the jobseeker chooses to share information through an application, presentation CV, exported CV, or other permitted workflow.
Employers may access application data when a jobseeker applies. Employers must handle that data lawfully and only for genuine recruitment purposes.
6. AI and automated support
Eurojobs may use AI-assisted tools and structured matching support. These tools are advisory and do not make final hiring decisions on behalf of employers. Users must review AI output before using it.
7. Requests and verification
To make a data-rights request, use the Eurojobs category of the OTI Group Helpdesk. We may ask you to verify your identity and provide enough information to locate the relevant account or records.
8. Response and limitations
We aim to respond to valid requests within the period required by applicable law. Where requests are complex, repeated, excessive, unclear, or legally restricted, we may ask for clarification, extend the response period where allowed, or refuse the request where permitted by law.
