Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains the behaviour and content that is not allowed on Eurojobs.
1. General rule
Use Eurojobs only for lawful recruitment, employment, career, advertising, sponsored content, support, and related platform purposes.
2. Fake jobs and recruitment scams
You must not post fake jobs, misleading jobs, pyramid schemes, money mule roles, fake remote work, fraudulent training offers, false salary claims, fake visa promises, phishing applications, or roles designed to harvest personal data.
3. Fake applications and impersonation
You must not create fake jobseeker accounts, submit fake applications, impersonate another person or company, misrepresent qualifications, or use another person's CV, identity, logo, or company details without permission.
4. Discrimination and unlawful content
You must not publish unlawful discriminatory requirements, harassment, threats, hate content, abusive content, adult exploitation, illegal work offers, or content that violates employment, equality, consumer, advertising, privacy, or intellectual property law.
5. Spam and unsolicited activity
You must not spam jobseekers, employers, Eurojobs support, articles, applications, forms, job alerts, or messaging functions. You must not misuse support channels to send job applications or unrelated mass messages.
6. Data scraping and misuse
You must not scrape, harvest, export, resell, reconstruct, or misuse jobseeker, employer, job, company, email, application, search, feed, or profile data except through approved platform features and for permitted purposes.
7. Security and technical misuse
You must not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, overload systems, bypass rate limits, bypass credits, bypass access controls, reverse engineer code, attack infrastructure, interfere with feeds, manipulate search, or attempt unauthorised access.
8. Payment, credits, and account abuse
You must not create duplicate accounts to abuse trials or free credits, manipulate domains, evade payment, abuse refunds, use stolen payment details, resell credits without permission, or interfere with billing records.
9. AI misuse
You must not use AI Services to generate fraudulent content, discriminatory content, spam, fake applications, fake jobs, phishing, scams, impersonation, malware, illegal advice, or content designed to mislead users or Eurojobs.
10. Advertising misuse
You must not submit advertising or sponsored content that is misleading, unsafe, illegal, rights-infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, deceptive, discriminatory, or unrelated to allowed platform purposes.
11. Reporting abuse
Users should report suspicious jobs, scams, fake applications, misleading adverts, privacy misuse, or unsafe behaviour through the Eurojobs category of the OTI Group Helpdesk or through any reporting tools made available on the platform.
12. Enforcement
Eurojobs may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, block login, deactivate accounts, cancel products, reject adverts, preserve records for review, greylist/block emails or domains, and take further action where required.
