Do you prefer high-level solution selling over transactional “order taking”? Then join our Solution Sales team as an Account Executive and be responsible for establishing successful new business in an enterprise environment resulting in the company's growth!ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for consultative solution selling, win new enterprise accounts and grow existing business with TeamViewer’s solutions in order to meet and exceed revenue and profit targetsProactively engage customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach and discover new opportunities by listening to customers intensely and articulating the value proposition of TeamViewer solutions clearlyEstablish and nurture strong relations with enterprise customers and key decision-makers, prepare masterful client presentations and run effective meetingsApply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms – drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retentionPropel the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand with customers, prospects as well as alliance partners through participation and exposure at various industry eventsSupport weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation and identify gaps and actions requiredCollaborate across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to our clientsRequirements5+ years experience in technology related sales selling software/SaaS,IaaS, or OT Platform products to enterprise customers or large organizationsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with prospective customers as well as VP- and C-level executivesExpertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or Sandler (we use MEDDPICC)Proven track record of a consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentalityProblem-solving skills, analytical understanding and collaboration skillsHighly motivated individual with a results-driven and competitive orientation Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitudeProven ability to work independently and make decisionsEntrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company and the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environmentWhat we offerOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal startGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus, company stocks and regular salary reviewsPremiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewerPublic transport friendly officesOption to lease an e-bike (Germany only)Special terms for local gymsAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discountsRegular Team events and company-wide celebrationsOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership LunchesHybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home officeWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting countryWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
