Your work As a Recruiter at IQIP, you are responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within an international and highly technical environment. You focus on attracting, assessing, and hiring highly skilled professionals, from engineers to specialists. In manufacturing, engineering, and office positions. You understand the complexity of technical projects and know what kind of talent is required to design, manufacture, and operate advanced installation and foundation equipment. At some point, you may even realize you are developing a passion for very large hammers and lifting tools. In this global role, you work closely with hiring managers and leadership across multiple regions. You act both operationally and strategically: filling current vacancies while proactively building strong talent pipelines for future growth. Discussing new EVP propositions and getting IQIP know across the industry. Do you know what kind of talent is required to build the world’s most powerful hammer? Your responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruitment process from intake meeting to offer and closing Source and attract highly skilled candidates through various channels Conduct interviews and guide candidates throughout the entire selection process Partner with and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy Build and maintain international talent pools for key roles Align recruitment activities with long-term business strategy Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes Your profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. (corporate or agency) Proven experience in recruiting profiles within an industrial or engineering environment Experience in a global or international role is a strong advantage Able to operate on both operational and strategic level Strong stakeholder management skills and business awareness Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) Proactive, structured, and results-driven What IQIP offers An opportunity to drive the energy transition with us Push boundaries to shape tomorrow’s world Outstanding learning opportunities Monthly salary depending on your level and expertise.
