Responsibilities You’ll be joining our dynamic operations team as a key player in modern contact center integration projects. You’ll work on-site with customers, from our offices, and remotely. Rest assured, you’ll have the support of experienced solution architects and system engineers. As the central contact person for these projects, you’ll ensure they are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. Your expertise and approachable demeanor will engage and motivate customers, partners, and internal team members.
