That’s why all of our offerings are built with a tech mindset.Here's a shortened version of the responsibilities section for the Sales Manager position:ResponsibilitiesClient Management:Provide exceptional client service, maximizing profitability through upselling and cross-selling digital transformation solutions.Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and support clients in their digital transformation journey.Strategic Planning:Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies to achieve business targets.Identify and recommend additional business opportunities to enhance client engagement.Financial and Performance Management:Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance against forecasts.Ensure adherence to performance levels and proactively identify client needs and opportunities for growth.Consulting and Advisory:Advise on pre-sale, sale, and delivery strategies.Assist in identifying change management needs for clients adapting to new technologies.Continuous Improvement:Motivate the team and drive change initiatives reflecting best practices.Reporting:Prepare reports and statements to meet departmental and organizational standards.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Business Management, or equivalent.10+ years of experience in client servicing or partner relationship roles.Experience with advisory services, management, or technical consultancy.Knowledge of Digital Transformation, Smart Cities/Nations, Cloud, and Cyber Security, SaaS.Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and quantitative thinking abilities.ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred.Strategic Thinking, Drive for Excellence, Customer Orientation, Teamwork & Collaboration, Credibility Building, Adaptability.
