Sales Manager Sales Manager – Agricultural Sector - Southern Scotland - £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Car + Laptop + Phone The Job: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing business supplying specialist solutions into the agricultural sector. This is a field based role focused on developing market presence across Southern Scotland. You will be responsible for driving new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to a wide range of agricultural clients. This position would suit a commercially driven individual with strong industry knowledge who enjoys building long term partnerships and working autonomously. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets- Build strong, long term relationships with farmers, contractors and agri-businesses- Represent the business at industry events, shows and exhibitions- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service- Monitor market trends and competitor activity The Candidate:- Proven sales experience within the agricultural sector- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Commercially driven with a results-focused approach- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory- Confident building and maintaining customer relationships- Well organised with a proactive mindset- Based within Southern Scotland- Full UK driving licence (essential) The Package:- Salary 45,000 – £50,000 DOE- Company car- Laptop and mobile phone- Long-term opportunity within a growing agricultural business- Supportive team environment with scope for progressionPlease email your CV to Liam Davis, Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant, LDavis@agriRS.co.uk.
