Senior Account ManagerSenior Account Manager - London OR Coventry (Hybrid / Field-Based) - £40,000 – £60,000 + Company Car + BonusThe Job:Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing UK team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building, and consultative selling within the construction and built environment sectors.Working as part of a small, agile team, you will have the freedom to develop accounts, identify opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with contractors, developers, landscapers, architects, and commercial businesses. The role is ideal for someone with a construction background who understands project-based sales and can confidently advise clients on tailored solutions.The Company:- Develop and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and commercial clients across the UK- Drive consultative sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate green infrastructure solutions- Identify and win new business opportunities within construction and landscaping markets- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project delivery- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including project managers, procurement teams, and site stakeholders- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical guidance to clients- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts- Contribute ideas and initiatives within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environmentThe Candidate:- Proven experience in account management, business development, or technical sales- Background within construction, landscaping, building products, or related industries- Experience selling consultatively rather than transactional product sales- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development- Full UK driving licence- Experience working with contractors or within specification sales- Knowledge of green infrastructure, landscaping, or environmental products- Existing network within construction or commercial sectorsThe Package:- Competitive salary of £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience- Company car- Performance-related bonus- High level of autonomy and flexibility- Opportunity to work within a growing and innovative business- Supportive small-team culture with real influence on company growth- Career development opportunities within a specialist sectorPlease email your CV to Conor Atay, Recruitment Delivery Consultant, CAtay@agrirs.co.uk.Candidate Requirements All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
