You support the Project Leader and the team in various projects, contributing to the efficient and effective execution of these projects. You have a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong eye for detail. Your daily tasks include: Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as project documentation, reports, and communication. Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Keeping track of the financial administration of the team. Monitoring and coordinating of the prototype build and shipment.We always strive for the best solution, what are your qualities?You support the Account Manager Turbo Sales and Project Leader Turbo Sales in performing their tasks. As a Project Assistant, you work according to the established procedures and work instructions, mainly related to product delivery, administration, and financial tasks. Because you are working in multidisciplinary teams, you need strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Additionally, you are customer and service-oriented, with a high level of quality awareness and analytical ability.Furthermore, you have: An MBO-4 education, preferably in a commercial direction. Experience in project support and project-based working. Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
