Flight Club Dublin is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food consistently.
About the RoleAs Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your section efficiently, supporting the wider kitchen team, and maintaining excellent standards during service.
Key Responsibilities- Run and manage your section during prep and service
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Assist with stock control and minimising waste
- Support junior team members when required
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Full-time contract
- Competitive hourly pay: €16.50 - €17.50 per hour
