Accountant - Audi WaterfordSalary: €60,000 - €70,000 DOEJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentAudi Waterford is currently seeking an experienced and commercially focused Accountant to join our growing team.As part of one of the world's leading premium automotive brands, Audi is renowned for innovation, quality and exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and progressive dealership environment where you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and continued success of the business.The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the dealership while supporting management across Sales, Aftersales and Parts departments.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting Assist with year-end accounts and external audit processes Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts Supervision of creditors, debtors and sales ledger functions Management of cash flow, banking and payroll processes Processing and reconciliation of vehicle stock transactions Maintain accurate vehicle and financial records within the dealer management system Liaise with finance companies, vehicle suppliers and manufacturer representatives Monitor rebates, commissions, warranty allocations and dealership margins Prepare sales and performance reports for management Support departmental managers with financial analysis and operational reporting Ensure compliance with VAT, Revenue and statutory reporting requirements Assist in maintaining strong internal controls and financial procedures RequirementsFully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) Minimum 5 years' accounting experience within a retail environment Strong financial reporting and commercial accounting experience Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong Excel and IT systems knowledge What We OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience 20 days annual leave Free on-site parking Career progression opportunities Professional and supportive working environment If you are ready to take the next step in your accounting career with a premium global brand, we would love to hear from you.
