Ready to advance your expertise within a fastscaling, innovationfocused consumer brand portfolio?In this role, you'll take full ownership of marketplace and digital channel performance -applying datadriven sales analysis, catalogue and assortment optimisation, inventory and supply coordination, and sharp trading execution to fuel strong, sustainable growth.As the eCommerce Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for daytoday commercial performance across all digital platforms, with a particular focus on Amazon, ensuring products, pricing, promotions, and content are optimised to maximise revenue and improve marginsWorking closely with the Head of Commerce, you'll play a critical role in scaling our Amazon UK & EU business and strengthening the digital presence of our brands, including Sevenhills Wholefoods, across key eCommerce channels such as Ocado and our branded websitesKey Responsibilities:eCommerce Trading & Commercial PerformanceDeliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and margin targets across all eCommerce channelsOwn trading execution: pricing updates, promotions, merchandising, and product availabilityRun weekly trading reviews with insights on performance drivers, risks, and opportunitiesMaintain and monitor core KPIs, flagging variances and recommending corrective actionsSupport budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate trading data and insightExecute commercial initiatives and projects defined by the Head of ECommerceProduce weekly and monthly dashboards covering sales, margin, advertising performance, and operational KPIsAnalyse trading data to identify growth levers and provide actionable recommendationsAmazon Trading & OperationsManage day-to-day Amazon operations including listings, content, inventory, advertising inputs, promotions, and complianceEnsure product detail pages are fully optimised for visibility, conversion, and brand consistencyTrack and report on Amazon performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ACOS, TACOS, Buy Box, inventory health)Implement best practices and process improvements to drive operational efficiencyStay up to date on Amazon programme and policy changes, advising the Head of Commerce on risks and opportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with marketing to ensure alignment between trading priorities, advertising, and promotionsPartner closely with supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels and resolve availability issuesSupport technical and regulatory compliance by ensuring listings and claims meet requirementsCollaborate with customer service on D2C issues and customer experience improvementsMaintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and platform account managers as needed Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in eCommerce marketplace management (Amazon essential)Proven experience driving growth on products / brands through AmazonStrong commercial and analytical skills with understanding of P&L driversExperience managing promotions, pricing, content optimisation, and trading calendarsBackground working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, marketing, and product teamsExperience in FMCG, food, health, wellness, or similar categories (preferred)Personal Profile:Amazon expert, covering listings, pricing, promotions, FBA, content and reportingHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBias for action with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetCustomer-centric approach to decision-makingData-driven decision making and proactive identification of new growth opportunitiesWhat we offer:Competitive salary with annual salary reviews25 days holiday per annum, increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service and 30 days after 5 years' serviceExtensive benefits programme including buying additional holiday, medical cash plan, access to mental health support and many other benefitsFlexible hours and work from home available to all staff with an office presence ideally once a weekGreat learning and development and progression opportunities Yearly bonus structure (based on company targets)Enhanced Maternity and Paternity LeaveGenerous Company Sick PayPension Scheme ContributionSolent social events run by our inhouse Social TeamCycle to Work scheme
