We’re partnering with a leading full-service integrated communications and events agency in London to find a talented Midweight or Senior Designer to join their growing creative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning Finance, Sport, Retail, Tech, and more - delivering bold, high-impact campaigns across events, experiential, and integrated channels.

Experience within an events or experiential agency is essential for this role.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering creative work across a variety of touchpoints -bringing ideas to life from concept through to execution. Think big brand activations, events, exhibitions, and hospitality!

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Strategists, you’ll contribute to both standalone design projects and larger integrated campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take concepts from initial idea through to final execution across print and digital
  • Lead your own projects while supporting wider campaign work
  • Attend client meetings and help translate brand strategies into compelling creative
  • Design across a wide range of formats, including large-scale event and activation assets
  • Own the full design process—from ideation through to final artwork
  • Contribute to creative direction and support art direction where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience at Midweight or Senior level within a creative/agency environment
  • Strong background in events, experiential, or activation design
  • A genuinely creative thinker with a portfolio spanning brand, digital, content, and print
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident presenting and pitching ideas internally and to clients
  • Experience with social content and motion/animation is a strong bonus
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

The Agency

A genuinely people-first agency with a collaborative culture and a strong reputation for delivering creative, high-quality work.

They offer a flexible hybrid setup, a supportive team environment, and the chance to work on exciting, varied projects that push creative boundaries.
