As Account Manager North/West Germany, you hold a key commercial position responsible for expanding business across one of the organization’s most important regional markets within the healthcare sector.This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role in which you act as the primary partner for both new and existing customers, including hospitals, nursing homes, and care institutions. You combine commercial drive with a strong understanding of healthcare environments, helping customers implement solutions that improve daily care processes.Working autonomously from a home-office base, you manage the full sales cycle and contribute directly to sustainable growth in your territory. Drive new business development across the North/West German regionAcquire new healthcare customers and build long-term partnershipsManage and expand existing accounts by identifying needs and offering complementary solutionsEngage with key decision-makers, including procurement teams, medical management, and end usersTrack market developments, customer trends, and commercial opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline management and customer documentation via CRM systemsSupport the launch and rollout of new products within the German marketRepresent the organization professionally as the regional face of the businessRequirementsYou are a commercially minded and customer-oriented sales professional who thrives in healthcare-related environments. You build trust easily, work independently, and recognize opportunities in complex settings.
