SOFTWARE ENGINEER
In this role you will use your knowledge and software developing skills to identify and define our clients requirements.
You will work directly with our customers to design and develop software solutions and create simulations and models based on project specifications and carry out verifications assigned to the scheduled deadlines, test the final product.
In this position, you will able to explain and analyze complex software algorithms and logics for customers and colleagues from other fields and backgrounds.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer science or related field
- Software development experience in C++, or JAVA programming
- Software implementation for DCS control systems and industrial automation (ESD, FGS, PLC, BMS)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the energy industries
- Ability to travel International
- A good knowledge of CAD, MS office and Visual Basic
- A good knowledge of English, French would be an asset
- Knowledge of PID adjustment loops and interpretation of P & ID drawings
- Ability to work within a group and interface with different stakeholders in a multicultural, international and dynamic environment
