About the role:

We are looking for a Pre Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo.

The person will be the subject matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions

  • Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis

  • Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues

  • Educate internal and external audiences about products/Technologies

  • Understanding and application of vendor promotions

Knowledge Skills and Experience
  • 2-3 years experience

  • Relevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is idea

  • Italian fluent; English conversational

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.

  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable
