Siamo un'azienda italiana operante nella ricerca e selezione del personale che si occupa di soddisfare le necessità dei clienti offrendo servizi personalizzati.


Per ampliamento organico, si ricerca un professionista cui affidare lo sviluppo del business.


Gli ambiti di competenza sono: salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, ambiente, sostenibilità.


Requisiti:

  • capacità di negoziazione e vendita,
  • eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali per costruire rapporti di fiducia duraturi,
  • conoscenza del mercato della formazione aziendale, dei finanziamenti disponibili (fondi interprofessionali, voucher regionali) e delle normative di settore,
  • almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nella gestione clienti B2B,
  • laurea in discipline economiche, comunicazione o settori affini.
  • competenze digitali per l’utilizzo di CRM, piattaforme e-learning e strumenti di project management,
  • capacità analitiche per monitorare KPI e ROI dei progetti.
  • orientamento al risultato,
  • capacità di lavorare per obiettivi commerciali e attitudine alla formazione continua per rimanere aggiornato su metodologie e tecniche professionali innovative e trend del mercato.

Inquadramento e retribuzione sono correlati ad esperienza e capacità.
