As we deliver our ambitious Growth Strategy, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our Pharma team, responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining profitable sales in Pharma markets.


Who We’re Looking For:


  • Experience of working in a similar Sales role, ideally with 2+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of regulations preferable
  • Bachelor’s Degree i.e. Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or other scientific fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office, appreciated knowledge of SAP
  • Must be fluent in local language
  • Must have good oral and written proficiency in the English language


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Territories of responsibilities will include Italy, Croatia, Slovenia - with up to 60% travel required
  • To identify, develop & maintain profitable sales in line with annual targets/sales plan
  • To negotiate best possible commercial agreements with customers
  • Generate Croda’s CRM, Call Reports, Sample & Internet Inquires, and Sales Pipeline to drive the sales process
  • Perform all duties within the Company’s safety, health and environmental regulations
  • All other duties as assigned by management


Additional Information


This is a hybrid role based at our Mortara site.

You must reside, or willing to relocate, in the north of Italy - preferably Milan / Novara / Vercelli / Pavia area
