Kitchen Porter -Kitchen Assistant

Cleaning and Hygiene: Wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly, following deep cleaning schedules. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, front-of-house personnel, and supervisors, maintaining communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.Stock Management: Unpack and store deliveries safely, rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out), and restock kitchen equipment, crockery, and cutlery. Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen machinery and handle cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to company guidelines. Full time job Monday to Friday from 8 to 4.00pm Full work permit needed (not suitable for student-part time)
