If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience in a busy hotel or bar then we would love to hear from you!Key AreasDelivering excellent bar service across lounge, restaurant, and event operationsPreparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standardsMaintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar at all timesEngaging guests in a friendly, professional manner and providing product knowledge when requiredSupporting stock rotation and accurate handling of cash and POS transactionsDemonstrating flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as scheduledUpholding health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards in all bar areasJob PurposeThe Bar Staff role is central to the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and high-quality service. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
