As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Requirements Engineer (IAM) to support the successful design and delivery of IAM solutions for our enterprise clients. While many of our projects focus on Omada Identity, we also work with other leading IAM platforms to deliver tailored, secure, and scalable architectures. This role is ideal for a technically skilled consultant with a structured mindset and a passion for turning business needs into robust identity solutions.
What You'll do:
Work closely with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
Support the implementation and configuration of Omada Identity Solutions and other IAM platforms, including workflows, policies, and integrations.
Develop and execute best practices in IAM architecture, configuration, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored identity solutions.
Support customer enablement through training, coaching, and documentation.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of IAM consulting at SECURIX.
What You bring:
Minimum (+2 years) as a Business analyst or Consultant in the IAM domain, ideally with experience in Omada Identity or other IAM solutions.
Proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders, capturing requirements and designing secure, scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear, structured way.
Hands-on experience configuring IAM platforms and integrating them into enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of IT security principles, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
Proficiency in both German and English is essential
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages is a plus.
CPRE or a similar certification.
Certifications in IAM or IGA solutions.
