职位概况餐厅服务员需根据维京外展中国市场专业服务标准(VRC PSO),确保餐厅和酒吧区域的友善服务和专业化,为客人带来最大的满意度。职位内容• 提供专业,热情,销售为主的饮食服务• 负责餐厅(25至30名客人)和酒吧(包括咖啡站和日光甲板)• 按照主管指示,负责餐厅和酒吧的摆设• 筹备和运作餐饮活动(鸡尾酒会、下午茶、咖啡厅午餐)和特别活动• 正确处理所有产品,材料和设备(玻璃、餐具和陶器等)• 记录销售交易• 服务工作区的清洁需符合危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)的规则• 按照公司的程序清单,盘点存货• 在开始和结束巡航季时,准备开船和闭船事宜• 根据上级的指示,(如有需要)向其他部门提供协助• 根据公司的标准和HACCP规则工作• 正确存储库存;建立标准水平• 积极参与船上的培训计划• 在登船和离船日负责客人行李的托运、看管及分发• 参与载荷任职资格• 最少两年在四或五星级酒店或餐厅的专业经验• 具有葡萄酒和其他饮品的知识• 有国际/船舶经验者优先• 精通普通话,具有英语技能者优先• 能够独立工作,以服务为导向,以客为本• 个性积极,整洁的仪容、仪表• 灵活、抗压能力强,有团队合作精神,信守承诺PURPOSE OF POSITIONYou ensure a friendly and professional service in the restaurant and bar area to the fullest guest satisfaction and in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES• Professional, welcoming and sales orientated F&B service• Assignment in restaurant (station of approx. 25 to 30 guests) and bar • (including coffee station and sundeck)• Restaurant and bar setup following instructions from supervisor• Preparation and operation of F&B activities (cocktail parties, Tea time, Café lunch) and special events• Correct handling of all products, materials and equipment (glasses, cutleries and crockeries etc.)• Tallying of sales transactions• Cleaning of service working areas in accordance with HACCP rules• Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures• Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season• Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)• Performance according to company standards and HACCP rules• Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels• Active participation in onboard training programs• Luggage duty on embarkation and disembarkation day• Participation in loadingsQUALIFICATION PROFILE• Min. 2 years professional experience as Waiter in 4 or 5* hotel or restaurant• Knowledge of wines and other beverages• International experience/experience on a ship is an asset• Excellent Mandarin skills, English is an asset• Ability to work independently, service and sales oriented and guest focused positive personality, neat appearance• Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment
