The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a polished and experienced Head Waiter to lead from the front, delivering world-class service and helping shape an unforgettable guest experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across a dynamic and driven front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Deliver exceptional service within a fine dining tasting menu environment
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail and guest engagement
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service execution
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter within luxury or fine dining establishments (Preferably Michelin)
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
- A genuine and evident passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment
