Job OverviewWe are looking for an AI Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to work on concrete projects, advanced PoCs, and high‑innovation proprietary assets in our AI & Innovation division.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced AI modules: LLM integration, fine‑tuning, RAG, agents, data pipelines, and toolchain for explainability and safety.
- Develop fast, scalable PoCs for client projects and proprietary assets.
- Collaborate with the AI Center Director to define technical choices, standards, and architectures.
- Work closely with the development team during industrialization phases while maintaining focus on innovation.
- Integrate AI models into cloud applications, microservices, and APIs.
- Support technical documentation and production of R&D deliverables.
- Negotiate technical interactions with partners (e.g., universities) when necessary.
- Advanced AI development skills: LLM, fine‑tuning, RAG, vector DB, data pipelines, structured prompt engineering.
- Specific knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, multi‑agent systems such as LangGraph, and structured document generation with LLMs.
- Excellent mastery of Python (FastAPI, AI libraries, orchestration).
- Experience in rapid prototyping and experimental validation.
- Good knowledge of cloud and container technologies (Docker).
- Ability to design modular and reusable architectures.
- Clear communication with technical and academic stakeholders.
- Effective collaboration with existing teams.
- Result‑oriented mindset and ability to iterate quickly.
- Full autonomy and fluid management of context changes.
- Reliability and precision in meeting commitments.
