DHL Supply Chain is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Country IT team and support the design and implementation of standardized logistics applications across our operations.
What You’ll Do
As an IT Business Analyst, you will:
- Analyze customer and operational requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
- Guide stakeholders toward standardized best practices and identify improvement opportunities
- Perform FIT/GAP analyses between business needs and available IT products
- Support solution design, documentation, testing, and go‑live activities
- Collaborate closely with Solution Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in logistics processes and related IT applications
- Strong background in business analysis and project delivery
- Strong Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder) SQL, Python, Power BI
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear IT requirements
