Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and committed Retail Performance Intern to join the Versace Retail Performance team. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, as you will support in building in-depth analyses and impactful business reports for senior executives, contributing to real business outcomes. You will work at the heart of the retail function, collaborating cross‑functionally with key stakeholders across HQ and regional teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and its global dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of recurring and ad‑hoc business analyses and reports (e.g. weekly and monthly reviews) for internal stakeholders, including Top Management, by collaborating closely with key HQ functions
  • Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and review of retail KPIs (actuals and targets) in close partnership with the CRM team
  • Facilitate continuous alignment with regional teams, ensuring structured feedback loops and effective communication with HQ
  • Support the development of a consolidated retail action plan aimed at improving performance, tailored to local market needs and addressing all key performance drivers
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Mathematics
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in retail and business performance
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
