Position overview:Reporting into senior management and joining a successful and supportive team, this role is essential to the long-term success of the business by managing and growing our existing client base within the Unbabel division. The individual needs to deliver an inspiring, positive customer experience and must possess strong business development and client servicing skills.This role requires the ability to sell and support all of Unbabel’s product offerings as they currently are and as they develop.Primary Responsibilities:Developing and executing strategic account initiatives to grow our strategic enterprise-level accountsResponsibility for Unbabel's largest clients in the USResponsibility for accounts with ARR over $2m per yearMeeting and exceeding defined sales targets through strategic planning of BAU account management, while up and cross-sellingAssisting clients in developing a business case and value proposition for growing our reach within their businessLeading kick-off meetings and major milestone meetings with senior client decision-makersMaintaining a thorough understanding of Unbabel's service offering and advising clients on relevant aspects of this when requiredBeing comfortable with the solution sales process and selling on value, not price, specifically qualifying opportunities against the MEDDPIC processRequired qualifications and experience:University degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for SaaSSignificant experience of Strategic Account Management and Business DevelopmentProven track record of successful customer engagement across a spectrum of verticals, which may include: Retail, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Technology, Gaming and Market ResearchExperience in B2B service salesExperience in the SAAS and or Language Services industryKnowledge of translation technologies is a bonusSkills and behaviours:Excellent communication skillsCommercially drivenExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsFlexible, consultative, team approachAbility to multitask, handle interruptions and reschedule prioritiesOpen to creating and working with new ideas and methodologiesApproachable and supportive in mentoring the broader teamWilling to go the extra mile
