The OpportunityWe're looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the team at Oban Brasserie, located within Perle Oban Hotel.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up, to take on a key leadership role in a busy, quality-led kitchen.
