The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you’ll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship‑building, and relentless follow‑through. This is a high‑performance sales role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high‑converting, long‑term sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication: Drive a high‑volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — comfortable being direct and persuasive
  • Team spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
  • Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience
Who You Are
  • You’re a natural closer — you know how to read people and move conversations forward
  • Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Detail‑oriented with a can‑do attitude — you figure things out, you don’t wait for someone to hand you answers
