About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our Box Network – the backbone of our physical infrastructure, combining locker hardware and related software. This is a high-impact role where you’ll develop the long-term vision for our network, set clear priorities, and ensure we deliver real business value by meeting the needs of consumers, merchants, and partners.
You’ll continuously identify and size new business opportunities, scope and prioritize initiatives, and guide tech teams toward the highest-impact solutions. Acting as both strategist and builder, you’ll balance data-driven insights with business intuition to ensure our box solutions scale effectively, sustainably, and with maximum customer value.
Some of the things you will do
Advocate for resources and make the case for initiatives that deliver the highest value.
Develop and drive the vision for our Box Network, ensuring we deliver maximum business and customer impact.
Continuously identify, size, and prioritize opportunities based on data and evidence.
Set direction for the Box development team, scoping projects and guiding tech choices with business impact in mind.
Drive discovery and initiate cross-functional projects when needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders across markets, operations, logistics, and business leadership to align on goals.

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills; able to build and communicate business cases.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders and tech teams.
Ability to simplify complexity, focus on critical decisions, and act with conviction.
