We are looking for a Retail Training Internto support the HQ Department in implementing and monitoring Retail Training Projects worldwide. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the elevation of client experience and the development of Store Staff skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Projects and Content: support the department in deploying and implementing content across various touchpoints, assisting with vendor coordination, and maintaining the training library.
- Digital Platforms: assist in managing the editorial calendar, uploading content, providing feedback and contributing to enhancing the user experience across markets.
- Tracking & Monitoring: monitor training results, provide actionable insights, identify trends to support the business and support in maintaining trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- Previous internship in retail, luxury, hospitality or technology is a plus.
- Tech‑Savvy: confident in using digital tools and open to learning new platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Organizational and Project Management skills.
- Team Player, creative, solution‑focused, innovative thinker.
- Analytical: enjoy working with data, analyzing trends, improving processes, and simplifying insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
