Are you ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you will drive growth across the country, reporting to the Sales Director/Associate Sales Director and partnering with the team to identify and seize new business opportunities, engaging with clients at a strategic level.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build bridges by cultivating and nurturing long‑lasting relationships with current, new, and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build a robust pipeline, exploring familiar territories while venturing into new markets.
  • Represent CBRE as a brand ambassador at industry events, networking, and showcasing professionalism.
  • Engage clients at a strategic level to showcase unique value propositions.
  • Work within a culture of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence, contributing to a positive win‑win environment.
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven sales experience with a proactive approach to client management, closing deals and creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Experience delivering business presentations and adapting your communication style to a range of clients.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work at pace, be responsive and follow through.
