Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations Team in Milan. In this role you will serve as the main technical point of contact for our largest integrated clients, providing expert support and troubleshooting to ensure their success.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external client questions and issues, escalating to tier2 support or product teams when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems quickly, pinpoint the root cause, provide solutions, and coordinate escalations appropriately.
  • Provide in-depth technical updates and insights on client needs to cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support).
  • After ramp, deliver dedicated technical support to premium customers.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical account, relationship management, or client‑facing roles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis with a proven track record of troubleshooting, optimization, and performance insights.
  • Hands‑on experience with ad‑serving tags, including implementation, troubleshooting, and validation across environments and browsers.
  • Experience working with APIs and SDKs.
  • Proven experience with third‑party advertising technology companies and publisher ad servers.
  • Strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and its major players.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
