Responsibilities- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Deeply understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams.
- Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time‑to‑market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches, including working with executives and other product management team members.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry – this experience is required and resumes without it will not be considered.
- Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Data analytics skills.
- Market and competitive analysis experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Good understanding of online casino operation.
- Understanding of responsible gambling standards (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).
- Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks.
- 30 non‑service delivery days per year.
