Job Posting Title: IT Aftersales Business Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Act as the IT Business Analyst for Aftersales, working with the relevant IT Business Partner and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as project manager in implementing all agreed changes and improvements in existing and future applications.
  • Promote business efficiency analysis and propose digitization projects.
  • Coordinate and coach all business stakeholders and liaise with other IT team members to complete all phases of the digital transformation in a timely, cost‑effective, and flawless manner, ensuring continuous operations and best quality outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze business requirements; support users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions, and designing processes from a digital transformation perspective.
  • Manage and lead specific tasks or streams within a project: collect requirements, identify phases and elements, monitor task/stream progress, train users, and provide day‑to‑day production operations support.
  • Support users in project activities and testing new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Interact with other areas of digital transformation to successfully deliver a range of solutions.
  • Interact with 3rd parties/suppliers, validate proposed solutions, and monitor activities, planning, costs, and due dates.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Previous experience: 5–7 years in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and advanced information technology environments.
  • Soft & technical skills: Proven experience on front‑end usage/implementation such as CRM (preferred Salesforce), B2B, B2C portals or custom applications.
  • Basic know‑how on SAP module usage like SD, MM.
  • Good project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with good problem‑solving skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally per project needs.
