Are you an accomplished sales professional with experience within affiliate, partner, or performance marketing?
We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager that excel in building partnerships and driving business growth. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network and increase revenue streams for the Nordic region. You will leverage your industry experience and strong network to identify and seize new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Ownership of all sales activities in the Nordic region. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and promote company growth. Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles Identify and acquire new business partners and agencies to expand the affiliate network and explore new revenue opportunities. Maintain and develop business relationships through regular communication, consulting, and support to build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyse market and competitor activity, stay updated on industry trends and opportunities in the affiliate marketing sector, to develop innovative sales approaches and gain competitive advantages. Collaborate closely with other departments to provide a comprehensive and customer-focused solution. Achieving performance KPIs and sales objectives. Maintaining a quality mindset and making data-driven decisions to ensure the acquisition of the right clients.
Your profile
To excel in the role as Senior Sales Manager we see that you have below qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelor degree in Marketing or other relevant field Experience and extensive understanding of affiliate, partner, or performance marketing. In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and ecosystem, including common platforms, technologies, and best practices. Track record of success in new business sales and ability to prove delivery against targets. Extensive experience and proficiency in managing pipelines and sales processes utilizing CRM systems. As a person you should identify yourself as: Strong capabilities in relationship management and networking across various organizational levels including C-level executives. Motivated, ambitious, and proactive, reflecting an entrepreneurial mindset. A cultural leader and skilled communicator with a great understanding of its impact. Data-driven, believes in the power of numbers and making well-analyzed decisions. Fluent in English and Swedish
