You’ll be responsible for:Leading and coordinating daily tasks for electricians, apprentices, and subcontractorsMaintaining project schedules and ensuring productivity and high-quality workInterpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentationManaging tools, materials, and equipment to keep work running efficientlyInstalling, testing, and troubleshooting various electrical systemsUpholding safety standards in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company protocolsLeading daily safety meetings and conducting job hazard assessmentsCompleting accurate reports, timecards, and material tracking logsAttending project meetings and coordinating with other trades and inspectorsOperating and overseeing safe use of lifts, trenchers, and trade toolsHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Valid Journeyman Electrician license requiredMaster Electrician license is a plusValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMinimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or foreman roleProven leadership and team management skillsStrong working knowledge of NEC, local codes, and trade practicesSkilled in conduit work, terminations, panels, and power systemsExperience with low voltage, lighting controls, fire alarm, and power distributionAbility to read and interpret electrical plans and technical documentsEffective communication and job coordination skillsMust be committed to safety and professional conduct on siteCapable of operating jobsite equipment and specialized electrical toolsHi-Tech Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
